To value your school, there are 3 ways most often used:

NET PROFIT:
Multiple of the net profit generated by the school;
EBITDA:
Multiple of the EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation, and Amortization);
GROSS:
Turnover: Multiple based on gross turnover of the school.

There are also a number of other factors to be considered when making an international school valuation, including: Customer reputation, liabilities, lease/rent arrangements, competitors, government regulations, enrolment demand, faculty stability
