This conference is specifically designed to help current and aspiring leaders in international schools develop the skills they need to succeed in their roles.
For four years 21CL ran the successful Global Education Leadership Summit in Bangkok, Thailand. This event was focused on highlighting new and innovative models for school structures which would serve as inspiration and potentially blueprints for those joining the event. Coming out of the pandemic, we see a need for a different kind of event that is focused on supporting existing and emerging school leaders with all of the different components of what makes a successful school. We believe we should still be reaching for change and transformation but ultimately this change and transformation will come from doing the hard work day to day in the schools we have.
The purpose of this event is to provide a high quality deep dives into various areas of school leadership. Participants will leave the event inspired, with practical skills they can take back to their schools and with ideas about what they want to learn next.

Justin is the founder and Director of 21st Century Learning, which since 2012 has connected more than 20,000 K-12 educators with a wide variety of face-to-face and online professional learning opportunities. Justin has a passion for supporting schools in better integrating technology into school programs with a focus on strategy, leadership, and planning for systemic change. He has a background in technology systems, having developed a leading customized learning platform that was featured in conferences from Washington DC, Shanghai, and Singapore and in international ed-tech publications. Beyond systems, he has deep education technology experience as a Director of Technology at Hong Kong International School and in EdTech consultancy projects with many of the leading international schools in the Asia Pacific region.
